The other day, I was talking to a member where I exercise. They had taken one of our morning classes that I have taken. They were thinking of coming back that night for our Zumba class and I said good for you. I love Zumba class and I also take the mid-morning classes occasionally. While we were talking, I learned it takes them 30 minutes to get to Catalyst from their home and it’s a bit of a commitment.
I mentioned they may investigate two other gyms near them that both have classes. They already knew about these gyms so I said get a tour and talk to them so they have some options for classes. This may sound bad to encourage a member to look at other gyms, but I think it may be bast for them. They like our gym and may remain here or leave and come back. I know they will tell others about us because they like it here.
