Wight lifting is a major part of my fitness program.  One of the ways I change it up for barbell exercises is using chains.  A barbell is a long rod or bar which is held in two hands. Weight plates are added to the ends to make it a particular weight.  The chains are attached to a collar which slides over the barbell.  As you lift the barbell and chains higher, the load gets heavier because more of the chain leaves the floor.  Tuesday’s  are shoulder days and yesterdayI did seated military(shoulder) presses with the chains/ Below is a video
