My usual weight days at Catalyst Fitness are Monday- chest, Tuesday- shoulders, Wednesday- back, Thurs- arms and Friday- legs.  Saturday mornings I usually do Group Blast and Zumba Saturday and they are heavy on legs and the lower body.

So why do I do legs in the weight room the day before a heavy leg and cardio group fitness day? I’m usually very sore Saturday afternoon and this switch may help.  It’s just habit I suppose.  Last week I switched Thursdays and Fridays so I have a day between leg weight day and leg group fitness day.  Thursdays were arm day and now it’s Friday.  I’ll let you know how I handle the change.
