One of the group fitness classes I attend at Catalyst Fitness is Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It’s a fitness dance class where we move and shake to different songs that Katie our instructor plays. I love it and it helps my cardio vascular system and lower body strength. I’ve pretty much attended regularly since they started the class at Catalyst and I’ve got to know half of her routines.
Last night she let me do my interpretation of Mylie Cyrus’ Flowers song on stage as the leader. This was my version I created and Katie has her own version which we do sometimes. I’m already working on my next songs I hope she lets me do.
If you like dancing and getting in shape than “take yourself dancing” at Zumba class Tuesday and Thursday at 6PM. No partner needed and our instructor Katie is wonderful!
