On Friday nights my wife and I would have a medium frozen pizza for dinner. This went on for 15 years I guess.  We usually got thin crust and we shared the pizza. I would add vegetables and other toppings to my side.  We started out with wheat-crust and ended up with cauliflower crust about two years ago.

 

This Friday night ritual stopped about a year ago for a few reasons.  The store-bought pizza size was shrinking and I could easily eat a whole one on my own.  Sharing with my wife didn’t really fill me up.   The pizza price kept going up and it really wasn’t worth the cost.  Reading the ingredient label got scarier as time went on and I found things I wanted to avoid like Natural Flavors(crushed insects) and Corn starch

Perhaps I should look at making pizza at home using cauliflower crust.
