Yesterday I was doing my workout at Catalyst Fitness and straightening the gym. One of the things I do is walk the track on the second floor where you can get a good view of each weight room and the Group Fitness rooms. As I walked by the main Group Fitness room, I noticed something on the stage which needed returned to the front desk.
When I walked in to retrieve it, Something caught my eye. It was the Step and Riser plastic rack which had separated. We have two in the room and They hold the exercise equipment for many of our classes. There are sections to each one which are on rollers. Over time. the weight of the Steps shifts and they push the sections apart. Each roller has a lock which is activated with a aluminum lever. This time the rollers were unlocked and the Steps pushed the rack apart. The leaning steps were taken off the rack and I pushed the end section towards the other section. The hard part was guiding the three tubes together. The rollers were locked and it was back together. We will see how long it stays together.
