Besides solo weight training and marshal arts, I also take group fitness classes.  These are fun, motivational, and beneficial.  I wouldn’t do these exercises on my own so I do them in a group setting. 

Group Fitness classes are a tremendous way to exercise and my gym offers them as part of memberships.  We are lucky to have them and I tell anyone who will listen about them.  Tuesdays are two classes I have been taking for many years at Catalyst and Spiece Fitness: Yoga Flow with Milinda and Zumba with Katie.  The third class is Sculpt with Julia.  Sculpt is a full body workout and a recent addition to our gym.

Some may wonder why I would attend two different classes 12 hours apart on the same day and take another in between.  The reason is they are only offered twice a week.  Yoga Flow is 5:15AM Tuesdays and Fridays.  Zumba is Tuesday and Thursday at 6PM.   And Sculpt is offered twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday. There are no other times at our gym for these classes.  Tuesday turns out to be my busy class day.

I think twice a week is a good frequency for a class and these three are worth it.  Check the web site for these and other Group Fitness classes.
