Part of my crusade to stay fit is watching out for dangerous chemicals in my food. Today at the grocery store I was looking for Kalamata olive from Greece and found at least two brands. I looked at one label and found the last ingredient to be Lactic acid and another preservative. The other label had no preservatives like Lactic acid or Potassium Sorbate. Needless to say I bought the first one which is the Frederik’s brand.
