What happened to the Heavy Bag?

One day I walked into the Turf room and found a surprise at the gym.  The Martial Arts heavy-bag was off it’s stand and on the floor leaning on the wall.  There was also a pair of MMA gloves laying next to it which probably came from the last user of the heavy-bag.

Yesterday it was fine because I walked through every room in the gym and it was still on the stand.  After looking at support arm on the stand, nothing was broke.  The support bolt had come loose from the arm and I threaded it back into the nut at the top.  Then I put the chain back on the hook on the bolt.  A member helped me lift up the bag and put back on the four chain hooks.  It’s still hanging from the arm as of a few days later and I tightened the bolt and nut to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
