Monday is lower body day and I do between six to eight exercises at Catalyst Fitness. Today I did jump rope, sled pull-push, hexbar squats, Nordic curls, sissy squats, calf raises. The last exercise was what I call ankle flexes. A previous trainer at Catalyst Fitness showed me how the exercise works with a bracket I found in the storage shelf. The bracket fits over your foot with the silver post sticking out. and you flex your foot keeping the heel stationary. I feel it in my instep and we will see how my foot gets stronger after I perform them weekly.
