I try and use unpasteurized dairy when I can including milk, butter and cheese.  Besides these items, sour cream is another one I consume.  I buy Daisy brand since it has fewer ingredients than other ones.  One day I was looking at the label and thought maybe it was raw.  It had “Cultured Creme” as the only ingredient and thought that meant raw.  Then I saw below this that “pasteurized” was printed there.
