What I eat and drink has a big part on my health.  I used to eat in restaurants more than I do now.  One of my favorite ones was an Asian restaurant in Georgetown Square Shopping center. For many years I have eaten there and gotten take-out dinners.  Lately, I’ve been examining oils I cook in and the ones restaurants use.  The oils I avoid are Soybean, canola, corn, palm and vegetable.  I think vegetable oil can be a mixture of unhealthy oils  and is unhealthy although it sounds healthy.

I’ve always wanted to know what oil they use for their dishes.  So last Thursday I was picking up my Beef Broccoli plate and I finally asked them what oil they use.  Unfortunately, they replied vegetable oil.  Now I have to decide if I want to stop getting my food here or not.
