One of my favorite foods has always been potato chips. I love the greasy, salty taste and started eating them as a child. As I got older I heard different things about their healthiness and some were bad. As an adult I avoid them because of the oils they are cooked in like canola, soybean, corn and vegetable. Some people call them seed oils and they are terrible for your health. On my Instagram feed, a young man started appearing a few months ago. He was usually in a grocery store showing good and bad foods for his audience. He has great messages and they fall in line with others I listen too, I can’t find his Instagram account after looking for 20 minutes. As soon as i find it I’ll add it here. One day he posted a video about healthy potato chips and I forgot to write the brand down. Later, at a grocery store I was talking to a women about healthy snacks. That triggered my memory about the potato chips and I used my smartphone to find them. She said they carried them and they are Boulder Canyon Avocado oil potato chips. They taste fine and now I can eat potato chips again! I love that they only have three ingredients and nothing harmful like most potato chips.
