I grew up with wheat bread part of my food as part of an Indiana family.  About 15 years ago I started curtailing my grain input and today I eat very little except around the Holidays.   About two years ago I discovered a grain-free bread at a local health food shop.  I have a picture of the front and back of the wrapper. The back has the ingredients.  I looked it over and it has great ones which I endorse.  It was purchased a few times but the cost was too much for me($10/loaf) for a small one.
