Like a lot of people, I enjoy ice cream and eat it when I find a healthy one.  To do this, the ingredient label has to be read which is time-consuming and boring.  But it has to be done.  This brief article is going to share a product which has both good and bad ingredients in my opinion.  The good ones in here are milk, cream, and coconut oil.  A few of the bad ones are Maltitol syrup, Polydextrose Glycerin, Sucralose. and Natural Flavor.   Natural Flavor is not what it sounds like.  I’ve heard it’s derived from insects.

I don’t eat this particular product because of the unwanted ingredients.    I have found an ice cream with safe ones and when I find the ingredient label I will share it.  The fewer ingredients, the better is my motto when comparing foods.
