I do different things for physical fitness including weight lifting, martial arts and group fitness classes. One of my muscle groups I don’t do direct strength training any more is my legs. I used to have a leg day for weight training , but between Takwondo and Group Blast, my legs are tired. All the others I have a day set aside for them. Monday is chest, Tuesday is shoulders/traps, Wednesday is back, and Thursday is arms.
Is Group Blast and martial arts enough for my legs?
