I have attempting to eat more fish in the last few years. My two main varieties were Tuna and Sardines until recently when I added another one. Somewhere I read that non-predatory fish like these two are better in terms of mercury levels than others. The variety I added was canned Alaskan Salmon. It salmon found smoked salmon bites in the seafood dept at Kroger last Friday.
