At Aldi’s grocery store I was looking for canned fruit this week.  I like peaches, pears and pineapple and try to find ones without harmful additives or added sugar.  I struck out in the peaches and pear department because they either had artificial sweetener or added sugar. 

Pineapple was the last thing to buy and I started reading labels. Three kinds of pineapple were there, but you had to read the label of ingredients carefully to know.  One had sucrolose (bad) one had 12grams added sugar(bad) and the final one had no Sucrolose and no added sugar(good).  So I bought the latter one.

It takes a little longer to grocery shop this way and I feel it’s worth it to have healthier purchases.
