I’m trying to add more fermented foods to my diet like Kimchi, Sauerkraut, and pickles.  While I was buying pickles in the refrigerated section at the grocery store, I accidentally found something new.  It’s called Cleveland Kraut and I bought a bag of it.  Cleveland Kraut tastes great and has simple ingredients and no added preservatives or chemicals.  The ingredients are cabbage, kosher salt,garlic, and black pepper.  Most of the saurkrauts I’ve encountered have some kind of preservatives added and are usually in the non-refrigerated grocery isle.  Those preservatives aren’t healthy for humans.
