On Mondays I usually do chest strength and muscle building at my gym, Catalyst Fitness.  I generally do a body exercise among the free weights and machines. This week I did the two-tier push-ups which my 2013 workout partner showed me.  We would perform them on wooden boxes at Spiece.  Now at Catalyst I do them on the plastic Steps from Group Blast.  I can sometimes do 10 on the first set and other times 5 or so.  They are tough because I have to propel my hands from ground-level up four inches to the Step, do a push-up and then drop down and repeat it all over again.
