I missed the last two days at the gym and today I got back in there for shoulders, traps and neck. This muscle group usually gets done Tuesdays, but better late than never I say.   The goal I have is to do eight exercises per day and today here’s what I did:  Atlantis shoulder press, dumbbell shrugs, cable bent laterals, barbell upright rows, Arnold presses, front dumbbell raises, deltoid side laterals and the neck machine. 

Personal Trainer Derek was there and I had to get a picture of us in our St. Patricks Day green shirts.  (His was a Notre Dame University shirt.)  Get with Derek for your exercise training needs.  He’s a very likable guy and very knowledgable.
