The alarm goes off between 0315 and 0330 on Tuesdays and Thursdays because I do Martial Arts at Basches.  I have to be there at 0515 to warm-up and then we do kicking drills or spar until 0630.  Next it’s Jiu-Jitsu until around 0800. 

After Basches it’s on to Spiece Fitness for weight training where I perform six to eight weight exercises.  Tuesdays it’s shoulders and traps and neck.  Thursdays it’s usually arms or back if I missed back on Wednesday.  

It’s sounds like a lot and it is but I don’t want to give any of it up.  Spiece Fitness is about a mile and a half from Basches Martial Art so it’s smart to do one right after the other.
