People sometimes ask me what I eat. It’s usually people at Spiece Fitness or Basches Martial Arts where I exercise and practice martial arts.  Sometimes my computer clients ask me, too. Without tying to sound arrogant,  it may be my athletic build for my age (I’m in my late 50’s).  From what I remember I weigh about 5 to 10 pounds more than I did in High School.

So what does man eat who sits in front computers or his work but still exercises? I start every day with a hot breakfast prepared at home. It consists of a three or four eggs with vegetables in the same pan.  The eggs are lightly cooked with runny yolks.  I use a wide variety of vegetables like broccoli, mild peppers, onions, celery, tomatoes, spinach, bok choy, sweet potatoe, avocado, and hot peppers. Usually I have canned salmon with the eggs and vegetables. Sometimes it’s turkey or pork bacon.  I cook the breakfast in butter, olive oil, or coconut oil.  And to finish it off sometimes I eat a grapefruit. For a beverage it’s either milk or vitamin water.
