Group Fitness classes have helped my physical fitness over the last four years. One of them is Group Centergy which uses Pilates and Yoga in a fun environment with music and encouraging instructors. It’s helped me with my flexibility, balance and my back problems. It’s offered Tuesdays at 0915AM, Wednesdays at 630PM, Thursdays at 0915AM, and Saturdays at 1015AM.
