Any food item or nutrition product has an ingredient label on the container.  I read these whenever I purchase something in a store.  I avoid dangerous ingredients as in aspartame and maladexin.  This week I was comparing some of the vitamins I take nd was suprprised to find things in one of my viramins like Soybean oil and dyes.

My powered vitamin seems to be the cleanest without anything dangerous in it like the other two.  The interesting thing is that it is the most expensive per serving.  My packet vitamins are pill-form and have some good things but they have Soybean oil in the ingredients list.

Vitamin-Mineral Fusion is my main vitamin with the cleanest ingredients

Do you read ingredient labels on foods and vitamins?  Or do you go by ads or people you know?
