A new piece of exercise equipment showed up about two years ago at my gym. It’s made by the USA company Rogue Fitness.  It’s a huge, 500-lb piece called the Donkey.  I do hyper-extensions for my lower back and the spinal erectors along of my back.  The challenge is climbing up on it and getting your feet in the pads.   Once I’m on it, I hang over the edge on my knees and move up and down as far as possible.  We used to have a similar smaller piece that allowed you to do the same exercises, but it was removed maybe five years ago.  So the Rogue Donkey is great to have now on Wednesdays which is back day for me.
