There’s a new piece of strength equipment at Spiece- the Multi-Grip bar. Joe, one of the members explained it to me and I use it now for chest and shoulder workouts. I like it because it offers a vertical hand grip instead of the horizontal grip on barbells. This video is the first time I used it on incline bench presses so I went very light – 10 lb each side.  Joe pointed out that using the Multi-Grip bar allows the bar to travel further down because of the recessed section. This allows a greater range of motion than the conventional bar does.   Next, I need to see how curls do with it. If you’ve used this bar, please let me know how it does for you.
