It’s been a year since I joined Catalyst Fitness in Fort Wayne. One of the things that has been troubling me is that there is one single iron 30-lb dumbbell upstairs in the Paramount weight room. dumbbells always come in a set so they are always seen in pairs. I have never seen it’s mate and I don’t know if there ever was one. I’ve been all over Catalyst Fitness and have yet to find it. Next, I’m going to ask the personal trainers if they ever remember seeing one.
