June 1st this year I switched to Catalyst Fitness after 12 years at Spiece Fitness. There was a three month stint at the Y in 2019 or 2018 where I got a pretty good feel for their JRL facility. Refer to previous articles for this journey.
Now I’m at Catalyst Fitness and it’s working out nicely. When I meet new Catalyst members I find myself telling them the fact that I’ve driven by the place since I was in High School in 1980! Sadly, I never did drive into the parking lot and step inside! On several occasions I was going to but never did until this year.
