Last week at Catalyst Fitness I exercised with my workout partner, Denise. At the end of our session we did some punching and kicking since we both like martial arts. I held the martial arts mitts (targets)in various positions for a combination she wanted to work.
From what I can remember it was a front punch, duck down while I swung, left hook, right uppercut, left low round kick and a cross punch. She got a good cardio workout and we both got to work on our concentration and coordination. Here are some pictures from the session.
