For the last four Saturdays I’ve been in pain from about 1130 on. My Sciatica acts up and my lower body is in pain. It turns out I do a lot of exercise Saturday morning. The exercise day starts at 500AM with Jiu-Jitsu at Basches Martial Arts and runs till 630. It’s then onto Catalyst Fitness where I do Group Core class from 730 to 755. Next it’s Group Blast, then Group Centergy and Finally Zumba at 10AM.
Today I took a rest day and let my body recover and I think it’s helped.
