Most Monday’s you will find me at Catalyst Fitness in Fort Wayne, IN doing my chest workout. It consists of six to eight exercises with dumbbells, barbells, machines and the Rogue Multibar. Last week I used the Rogue Multbar in decline bench presses. I had 25 lb. plates on both sides for three sets. For the fourth set, chains were added. The Rogue bar weighs 51 lbs so I was only doing about 100 total for the first three sets which isn’t much. I don’t know how much each chain weighs but my guess is 20lbs. So this means my last set was around 140lbs when the chains were off the ground at the top of the lift.
