I do cardio exercise in Spiece’s Group Blast class and at Basches when I Taekwondo spar. There are people at Spiece I see running the track or using the treadmills and other cardio equipment. I don’t do any of that and I wonder if my endurance is that good.
I might add a run once a week to see how I do or a Spin class which use stationary bikes. What do you think?
