I do alot of physical fitness compared to most people who aren’t professional athletes. I do Tae-Kwon-Do and Jiu-Jitsu at Basches Martial Arts. Strength and conditioning with Weights is done at Spiece Fitness. And I also do Group fitness classes at Spiece Fitness. The last two weeks I’ve done martial arts training at Basches six days in a row and then weights at Spiece immediately following on five of the days.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays I usually do warm-ups, Tae-Kwon-Do and Jiu-Jitsu at Basches starting at 0515 and ending around 0800. Next I would do six to eight weight exercises at Spiece Fitness. The Centergy group class is offered Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 0915 which can fit in my schedule and I did for a few years. With the more intense Martial Arts schedule, I’ve skipped Centergy for the past month or so. Centergy has a lot of leg work in it and it takes its toll on me.
Maybe tomorrow is the day I get back to Centergy!
