My favorite exercise regime is weight lifting. I get my exercises from former training partners, the internet, books and Spiece members.
One of these books is the Gold’s Gym Training Encyclopedia I bought in 1984 at a local bookstore in Glenbrook Mall. I keep it in my training bag and look through it before and during my workout to give me ideas of exercises I haven’t done in a while. It’s organized by body part and has illustrations and directions on performing each exercise.
