One of the fitness classes I’ve been taking for five years is Group Centergy; part of the Mossa Moves family.  It’s offered at my gym early mornings on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.  It’s a mixture of Yoga and Pilates.  I like the music and nice flow between  movements that keep the class interesting.  It’s helped with my balance and flexibility in my legs and probably my core strength, too.
