My favorite place to run or walk at Spiece Fitness is not on the raised track around the perimeter of the weight and cardio area. It’s an unofficial track which is longer than the raised track of 9 laps/mile. My favorite place to run or walk is around the eight basketball courts on the ground floor of Spiece. It’s less crowded and longer (7.7 laps is a mile) than the raised track.
I don’t run much anymore at Spiece since I do fitness cardio classes at Spiece and martial arts four times a week at Basches Martial Arts. But when I do run or walk it will be around the basketball courts if there isn’t a basketball tournament in progress. It’s less crowded and has more room. And if you dislike stairs, you don’t have to climb any to get to the ball courts
