One of the group fitness classes I take is offered just once each week at my gym.  It’s name is Group Blast and it uses the step and risers.  We’re having trouble getting people to attend the class probably because it looks intimidating.  I’ve been doing it every week for seven years so I can tell you it’s really helped my cardio and foot speed.

If we could move cycle to another time on Saturday and give Group Blast the only class at 900am that may encourage members to try it.  You can cycle every day of the week at Catalyst so just give Blast it’s own time.
