If you are an early riser and want a fabulous way to start your day, then check out Catalyst’s weekday morning group classes. Milinda instructs a group fitness class Monday through Friday.  Monday and Wednesday is Group Power. Tuesday and Thursday is Group Centergy. Friday she finishes with Group Fight.

After Centergy class

All classes start at 5:15am which is great for members who have a job, school, activities in the morning to get to by 7 or 8.  They can finish their workouts and get on with their day.   Maybe evening exercise doesn’t fit your needs so these are good alternatives.

Power uses dumbbell and barbell weights to improve your body strength and movements.  It’s a nice substitute for spending time in the weight room.  Group Centergy helps me with my balance, flexibility and strength using Yoga and Pilates.  Group Fight is a good cardio workout using martial arts moves like kicks, punches, knees and elbows.
