If you’re looking for an excellent cardio and lower body workout than Tuesday evenings at 530PM you need to be at Catalyst Fitness. Desiree leads our class and does a fantastic job motivating and encouraging the team. This is my main cardio activity and it’s done wonders for me. Also, my legs get functional training like squats, lunges, jumps, and other lower body moves. Remember, this class is free with your membership so take advantage of this gift to your health.
